- Student and parent details provided at admission: names, class, school, address, phone number and email.
- Academic records: attendance, test scores and progress reports.
- Payment information: invoice and transaction details. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment partner’s secure page and are not stored by us.
- Website data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies or analytics tools.
2. How We Use Information
- To process admissions and provide coaching services.
- To send class schedules, test results, fee invoices, payment links and reminders by SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone.
- To share academic progress with parents and guardians.
- To inform you about our courses and announcements (you may opt out at any time).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Academy, such as our payment partner (Zoho Payments), accounting software, and messaging services, and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Online payments are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
5. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as the student is enrolled and afterwards as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
6. Your Rights
Parents and guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their ward’s personal information (subject to legal requirements) by writing to mail@axisa.in. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our students are generally minors. We collect their information only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and use it only for providing our educational services.
