1. Introduction
Welcome to Axisa Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Axisa Academy is a coaching institute owned and operated by AKASH HUF, a Hindu Undivided Family represented by its Karta, Shri Akash, having its address at B-39, Street-10, Krishna Housing Colony, Rajendra Nagar, Chira Chas, Bokaro, Jharkhand – 827013.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website axisa.academy (the “Website”) and your enrolment in, and use of, the coaching services offered by Axisa Academy (together, the “Services”).
Our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms. By using the Website, enrolling a student, or making a payment to us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services and write to us at mail@axisa.in so we can try to resolve your concern.
2. Our Services
Axisa Academy provides coaching in Mathematics and Science for CBSE students of Classes 6 to 10. Our Services include classroom coaching, doubt-clearing sessions, periodic tests and assessments, and study material aligned with the CBSE syllabus. Batch timings, schedules, faculty and course content may be revised by the Academy from time to time for academic or operational reasons.
3. Students, Parents and Guardians
Our students are generally minors. Enrolment, payments and acceptance of these Terms must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on behalf of the student and is responsible for the student’s compliance with them. Students may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
4. Admission and Enrolment
Admission is confirmed only after the admission form is completed and the applicable admission/registration fee is paid. You agree that all information provided at admission (student’s name, class, school, parent/guardian contact details, etc.) is true, complete and current, and that you will inform us of any change. The Academy may refuse or cancel an admission where information is found to be incorrect, or for academic or disciplinary reasons.
5. Fees and Payments
Fees for each course or batch, including admission fee, tuition fee (monthly, quarterly or as applicable), test series fee and study material charges, are communicated at the time of admission and on our fee invoices.
- Fees are payable in advance, on or before the due date mentioned on the invoice.
- Payments may be made through the online payment links sent with our invoices (processed by our payment partner, Zoho Payments, via UPI, cards, net banking or other available methods), or by any other mode accepted by the Academy.
- Where recurring (monthly/quarterly) billing applies, invoices will be issued for each billing period until the student is withdrawn in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Applicable taxes, if any, will be charged as per law and shown on the invoice.
- The Academy may revise fees with reasonable prior notice. Revised fees apply from the next billing period.
- If fees remain unpaid after the due date, the Academy may send reminders and may suspend the student’s attendance until dues are cleared.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose and that the payment details you provide are correct. Payment information is processed by our payment partner, and we do not store your card or banking details. We may share the information required to complete a transaction with our payment partner in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
Refunds and withdrawals are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within the timeline stated in that policy.
7. Attendance, Conduct and Discipline
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually, behave respectfully towards faculty, staff and fellow students, and take care of the Academy’s premises and property. The Academy may suspend or cancel the enrolment of a student for serious or repeated misconduct, damage to property, or behaviour that disrupts classes or harms others. In such cases, fees for the current billing period are not refundable.
8. Study Material and Intellectual Property
All study material, notes, test papers, worksheets, recorded content and Website content provided by the Academy are the property of Axisa Academy or are used with permission. They are provided for the personal study of the enrolled student only and may not be copied, sold, shared, uploaded or distributed, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. The name “Axisa Academy” and its logo may not be used without our consent.
9. Academic Results
We work to help every student improve their understanding and performance. However, results depend on many factors, including the student’s own effort and regularity, and the Academy does not guarantee any particular marks, grades or results.
10. Communications
By enrolling or sharing your contact details, you agree to receive communications from the Academy by SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone regarding classes, schedules, tests, results, fee invoices, payment reminders, and announcements about our courses. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or writing to mail@axisa.in. Service-related messages (such as fee invoices and class updates) will continue while the student is enrolled.
11. Photographs and Student Achievements
The Academy may use photographs of classroom activities and the names and results of students for its notice boards, website and social media to share achievements. If you do not wish your ward’s photograph, name or results to be used, please inform us in writing at mail@axisa.in and we will respect your request.
12. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to:
- use it in any way that violates applicable law;
- impersonate the Academy, its staff, or any other person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or damage the Website or its servers;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, or use automated tools to copy or scrape its content.
If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
13. Links to Other Websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (including our payment partner). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and we encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or Services. In any case, the Academy’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the billing period in which the claim arises.
15. Termination
The Academy may suspend or terminate a student’s enrolment or Website access for breach of these Terms. A parent or guardian may withdraw a student at any time as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as fees due, intellectual property and limitation of liability) shall survive.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bokaro, Jharkhand.
